As the sun streams in the window of my new studio, I can’t believe how lucky I am to have this new work space.
As you may know, finding affordable studio space in the centre of Edinburgh is not easy. Having been a tenant of WASPS studios for almost 20 years, I have now come to rest in my dream studio. Light and bright, it offers me the space to develop some new large scale works in tapestry, paper and stitch.
Having such a beautiful studio I need to share it with other creative people. The new studio is a great teaching space, with all my lovely yarns and materials at hand to experiment with and an interesting collection of books and catalogues to inspire.
