Uncharted waters

Travels to Japan and time spent on a residency in Cromarty, North east of Scotland saw a shift in my work. A lighter more delicate colour pallet developed and a change from working in wool to linen. I also began to think more about the relationship the work had with the space in which it was to be seen. A personal development grant from Creative Scotland allowed me to create the exhibition Uncharted Waters which went on to tour 4 galleries in Scotland.
