Full T and C for workshops in studio 114
Payments – Payments and a completed booking form are required to secure a place on any course/workshop. There is a 48 hours grace period, during which time a full refund can be obtained. After this no refund is given, however if you can find a replacement student for your course this may be acceptable at the discretion of the tutor.
Deposit – a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the overall course fee must be paid at point of booking, and the balance no less than 4 weeks prior to the commencement of the course. (or payment plan for 1 year courses) Payment dates will be indicated on the course invoice which will be sent to you when you on bookings.
Bookings on any course are accepted at the discretion of the tutor.
Cancelation – By the tutor – Courses dates will be as published. However, if in very exceptional circumstances we must alter or cancel workshops students will be offered an alternative workshop, a credit or full refund. The organizers will have no liability for any consequential loss, whether directly or indirectly, which may be suffered because of these changes. You are advised to carry holiday/travel insurance.
Cancelation – by the student – Full refunds can only be given if written notice is received within 48 hours of the purchase of the course. At the discretion of the tutor, refunds, minus deposit may be given if you can find a replacement student for your course. Once the course has commenced fees are non-refundable.
Personal information and belongings. – Personal/contact information that you provide will only be used to inform you about courses and other activities related to Tapestry Studio 114. Students should safeguard their own personal property while studying at Studio
Students with disabilities – Studio is accessible by lift. Please contact me if you have any concerns about access or require any specials assistance.
Safety – Please take care to listen to any guidance given and health & safety instructions during the workshops.
